1. About Noolara

Noolara is a direct-to-consumer apparel brand operated from Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India. Products are manufactured at our own facility. By accessing noolara.com (or our Shopify storefront) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. Orders placed on behalf of a minor must be by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & pricing

We aim to display product colours, details and prices accurately. Slight variations can occur due to screen settings or photography. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, offers or product availability without prior notice. If a price error is discovered after you order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and dispatch the shipment. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete address details. Once placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

5. Payment

We accept prepaid methods (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets as enabled at checkout) and Cash on Delivery where available. COD may include a courier-partner fee shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

6. Shipping

We ship within India to serviceable pin codes. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. For bulk or export enquiries outside retail D2C, contact us separately.

7. Returns & exchanges

Unused, unwashed items with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as described on our Shipping & Returns page. We do not provide reverse pickup; customers ship returns to us, and approved return courier charges may be credited. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 14 days with supporting photos.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including brand name, logos, product images, text and design — is owned by Noolara or its licensors and may not be copied, reused or distributed without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping at scale, or placing fraudulent orders). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Noolara is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tiruppur / Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
